2. What data do we process?
The personal data that we process comes from the information that you as a User ("User") provide us with when you fill in the forms that you will find on the Website or when you send us your queries or requests for information.
We only collect the data necessary for each purpose. Please note that if you do not provide the required information, we may not be able to deal with your enquiry or request or handle the processing.
3. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed for:
- Where appropriate, to manage the calls for entries and awarding of prizes, as well as your participation in prizes and/or events, in accordance with what is described in the legal bases of each call for entries and in their respective privacy policies.
- Manage queries and/or requests received through the e-mail address available on the website (requests for information, documents, proposals or demonstrations).
- Manage the sending of commercial communications or newsletters through any channel, including electronic media (email and web notifications) about news, courses, activities, own or third party events, products, services, offers and promotions related to the activities carried out by NTT DATA EMEAL Foundation and/or NTT DATA Group, according to the consents provided.
Please note that if you contact us through our social media profiles, your data will be treated in accordance with this privacy policy and the privacy policy of the social network used.
4. What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the legal relationship established on the basis of your participation in the prizes and/or events, in accordance with what is described in the legal bases of each call and in their respective privacy policies.
In relation to queries and/or requests, and for the sending of commercial communications or newsletters, the legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent given expressly and for each of the purposes expressed.
Remember that you can revoke your consent at any time. You may also object to continue receiving commercial communications in the manner indicated in the footer of each communication.
5. How long will we keep your data?
Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and in particular:
- In relation to the management of calls for entries and/or awarding of prizes and participation in prizes and events, they will be kept for as long as necessary to serve those purposes, in accordance with the provisions of their respective privacy policies.
- In relation to the answering of queries and/or requests, they will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with the query and/or manage the request.
- In relation to the sending of communications, the data will be processed until you object to the processing or request the deletion of your personal data.
6. To which recipients will your data be communicated?
The personal data you provide may be disclosed to NTT DATA Group companies and related foundations for internal administrative purposes, or for sending commercial communications, if you have consented to this by ticking the appropriate box. Some of the NTT DATA Group companies and related foundations are located outside the European Economic Area. Your personal data may also be communicated to third parties involved in the organisation of the prizes and events, as indicated in the privacy policy of each prize and/or event, available on the respective registration forms and in the terms and conditions of participation and/or conditions of attendance.
We also inform you that your data may be communicated to Data Processors (technology providers), some of which have processing and/or support centres located outside the European Economic Area.
We guarantee that when your data may leave the European Economic Area, they will maintain the same level of protection based on compliance with the provisions of European data protection regulations. In this regard, international data transfers will be made (i) to countries with an adequate level of protection declared by the European Commission (ii) on the basis of the provision of appropriate guarantees (standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules), or (iii) by virtue of authorisation from the competent supervisory authority or other cases provided for in the regulations.

We are committed to keeping your personal data secure, taking all reasonable precautions to do so. We require and contractually impose on service providers who handle your personal data to do the same.
8. How do we handle your data in connection with cookies?
